The project runs from 2023 to 2026 and consists of six work packages (WP):

WP1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION: Coordination of all activities and ensuring communication between the partners in the consortium, as well as dissemination to the project's target groups. Responsible: Nordsjællands Hospital.

WP2: NEEDS, CURRICULUM, AND COURSE STRUCTURE: The partners participate in workshops as needed, identifying the most important needs in education for digital treatment and care, and develop a curriculum and course structure. Responsible: Copenhagen University of Applied Sciences.

WP3: DESCRIBE CONTENT AND COLLECT MATERIAL: The partners meet in workshops and collaborate in thematic units to describe the pedagogical content of the course and gather material for the final products. Responsible: Sahlgrenska University Hospital.

WP4: PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS: The private partners produce the agreed-upon products in co-creation with the other partners and future users. Responsible: Skillhabit.

WP5: PILOT TESTING AND TRAINING OF STAFF: Educational and hospital organizations begin the training of healthcare staff and students according to an agreed test protocol. Responsible: Copenhagen University of Applied Sciences.

WP6: EVALUATION AND RESEARCH OF EDUCATION: The public partners write a research protocol for the evaluation and then begin evaluation activities every three months. The evaluation follows an international framework for the development and evaluation of complex interventions in the care and health sector.
